Family concert · The magical Untersberg
Legendary, magical & powerful!

The Untersberg - legendary, magical and powerful - is also considered the Uluru of the Alps and the heart chakra of Europe. The mountain, which is also the subject of legends and myths, casts a spell over people from near and far. It is said that Emperor Charlemagne slept in the Untersberg until the black ravens no longer fly around the summit and his beard has grown seven times around the table. The Salzburg artist Rosita Magnus ties in with the world of legends with her book and drawings about the giant Unta.
In the family concert we tell the most famous stories about the Untersberg and its many caves, above all the Riesending shaft cave. There is also powerful and magical Untersberg music by Salzburg composers such as WA Mozart, M. Haydn, K. Vereno, the monk from Salzburg and songs from Sound of Music.
