The girl Marie & Dvořák's 9th Symphony

Antonín Dvořák's "From the New World" is his most popular symphonic work. The children's festival tells the story of Marie, who moved from Salzburg to New York with her parents. A bit lost in the big city, she accidentally meets the taxi driver Tony. Marie learns a lot from him about this "New World" America, the many Americans and why they are called that. Despite traffic jams and a trip to the Indians, their adventure leads them safely to the Statue of Liberty - the symbol of the New World.
