With A Christmas Carol, Charles Dickens created a timeless Christmas classic in 1843. The touching story about the grumpy businessman Ebenezer Scrooge has since been filmed countless times and retold for the stage and in musicals. In this concert, Frederic Böhle and Katharina Gudmundsson take their young audience on Scrooge's journey from a bitter Christmas grouch to a warm-hearted, generous person. The audience experiences in a lively way how compassion, friendship, charity, and wonderful baroque and film music change Scrooge's heart. And, of course, the three mysterious
Christmas spirits also play a decisive role...
