The Salzburg Philharmonic supports top national and international young talent with 12 academic positions.
Those who pass the rehearsal are accepted into the professional orchestra for a year and gain experience by participating in orchestra concerts and rehearsals and thus expand their skills through tutoring from experienced musicians.

Become a sponsor of a selected academic and support him/her in starting his/her career.
