Elisabeth Fuchs is chief conductor and founder of the Philharmonie Salzburg, artistic and commercial director and heads a whole team on stage and backstage for PR & marketing, ticketing, sponsoring, finance, production, sales and personnel.

The visionary and implementer talks about parallels between orchestra and company management, the general structure and hierarchy of orchestras and shows how the balancing act between entrepreneurial, musical and human growth can succeed.

How do I motivate my musicians, my employees and perhaps even my fellow human beings in general? Together we will try to get to the bottom of this question. Perhaps an analysis of the origins of the Salzburg Philharmonic's incomparable passion for music-making will help us...

A little fun is a must: Of course there will also be singing and conducting during the performance!
The evening will be accompanied by an ensemble from the Salzburg Philharmonic Orchestra.
Before the event begins, we invite you to a champagne reception with delicious products from Fattoria La Vialla.
We look forward to seeing you and THANK YOU for your donation and sponsorship.
