Family concert - Schubert for kids
Song king with mushroom head
Franz Schubert composed almost a thousand works, including around six hundred songs, which is why he is often referred to as the "King of Songs". The Forelle or Der Erlkönig were penned by him, which he spent seven hours a day composing. Schubert is considered one of the first Romantic composers. In this family concert with lots of opportunities to join in, you will learn that Romanticism does not necessarily mean being in love and why Schubert was called "Schwammerl" by his friends.
