ABO-PLUS family concert - Vivaldi's Four Seasons
Program music for children
Antonio Vivaldi loved nature and he loved playing the violin. His most famous work, The Four Seasons, combines both: four violin concertos musically portray natural events that are typical of the four seasons. Snowflakes fall, birds chirp, summer meadows hum and autumn storms roar through the concert hall.
Audience favorite Frederic Böhle slips into the role of the composer and takes young and old into the world of baroque program music.
