Investing in our future: New timpani for the Philharmonie Salzburg

We have invested in a new timpani set so that we can continue to perform at the highest artistic level. After many years of intensive use, the previous instruments were no longer sufficient. However, high-quality timpani are indispensable for major performances such as Beethoven's Ninth in the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg or the Grosses Festspielhaus Salzburg.

This purchase is an important step for us, but also a major financial challenge: the new timpani cost 23,965 euros.
