Orchestra Week September 2025: Best of classical music, rock & pop

The program is aimed at music-loving children and young people aged 7 to 19 who have been attending instrumental lessons for at least two years, practice almost daily and already have a good grasp of their instrument. Orchestral or ensemble experience is an advantage, but the focus is on having fun making music together and getting to know professional rehearsal work. Under the direction of Elisabeth Fuchs , the talented young musicians are supported by experienced professional musicians during the preliminary rehearsals in small groups as well as the large orchestra rehearsals and concerts.
The highlight of the week is a final concert in the Herrnau parish church and a concert in Weißenkirchen im Attergau.

Instruments: violin, viola, cello and double bass, flute, clarinet
Fee: €189 per child for the whole week including food
