We are a great, committed team and are looking for a colleague to support us in the back office in the areas of graphics, marketing, occasional ticketing and copywriting for our almost 150 concerts per year.

GRAPHICS & MARKETING

For our team we are looking for an employee who wants to work 40 hours per week in the field of GRAPHICS & MARKETING and occasionally TICKETING for music & music education.
Workplace is mainly the office of the Philharmonie Salzburg: Nonntaler Hauptstr. 39c, with the option to work from home once a week.

The tasks are exciting, varied and challenging:

  • Graphics in all areas (print materials, advertisements, social media, website, newsletter, Power Point/keynote presentations)
  • Writing & proofreading texts for newsletters, etc.
  • Marketing execution (analog and online) and gradual takeover of marketing management
  • Ticket telephone at peak times
  • Free work in areas that we are not yet familiar with 🙂

You should meet the following requirements:

  • Enjoyment of music & cultural mediation. Knowledge of "classical music" as well as general knowledge of the orchestra is welcome
  • Enjoy office work in a small team with a high workload
  • Teamwork, problem-solving skills and team communication are very important to us
  • Professional training and proven work experience in the graphics areas AdobeCloud (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop...)
  • Sound knowledge and application experience in the areas of: WordPress (homepage), Excel, Word, general CRM tools
  • Accuracy in writing & proofreading texts
  • Very good knowledge of written & spoken German & English
  • Matura/Abitur & completed studies at a university of applied sciences or university
  • Driving license B with driving experience
  • Openness and flexibility for new challenges every day
  • High degree of project-related stress resistance
  • Humor 🙂
