Children, art and creativity: an evening dedicated to the younger generation
When the young musicians of the Kinder- & Jugendphilharmonie meet the winners of the ZEIG DEIN TALENT contest, the result is a rousing fusion of creativity and passion. The audience was able to see this for themselves on Friday, June 27 in Hall 2 of the Messezentrum. An evening that was truly astonishing: the standard of the performances was high. The kids and teens, whether in the orchestra, in band formations or as soloists on stage, performed professionally and with dedication. Almost the entire range of art forms was covered: from baroque, classical, pop, jazz, grunge, musical dance and breakdance to the talents' own musical compositions, the program offered the more than 500 spectators variety and entertainment. They honored the performances of the children and young people with repeated standing ovations and enthusiastic applause. A colorful evening that impressively demonstrated that talent knows no pigeonholes. A tribute to artistic diversity and a strong signal for the potential and creativity of the young generation.
