The Trio Rupnik consists of 3 siblings from Slovenia who study at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, the Music Academy in Ljubljana and the Gustav Mahler Private University in Klagenfurt. They have been playing together for ten years. The Rupnik Piano Trio is the first winner of numerous national and international competitions and in 2015 received the Škerjanc Prize of the Ljubljana Conservatory for Music and Ballet for outstanding academic achievements and services to the artistic promotion of the school. It has performed at concerts for the Ljubljana Festival, Imago Sloveniae, the Musical Youth of Slovenia, the Musical Youth of Ljubljana, the Lent Festival, the Bled Festival, the Gallusfest Idrija etc.
