SHOW YOUR TALENT - FINAL SHOWS

The time has finally come: after a two-year break, the ZEIG DEIN TALENT talent contest organized by the Salzburg Children's Festival and the Philharmonie Salzburg is back - and the response is huge! From a total of 153 registrations and video submissions (with 282 young artists), 80 acts were invited to the live audition at the new Philharmonie Salzburg. All participants received Europark vouchers, water bottles and appreciative feedback from the diverse jury: Maria Dengg (instrumental playing), Katharina Gudmundsson (singing and acting), Jasmin Rituper and Lisa Moon (dance), Robert Kainar (percussion and pop/rock) and Elisabeth Fuchs.

In the first two final rounds on June 11 and 12, a total of 32 acts took to the stage of the Haus der Philharmonie Salzburg - and the range could hardly have been greater. From classical singing to instrumental playing, dance and performances in the pop genre to playing the pan flute and the Armenian duduk, everything was there. The huge applause from the closed audience showed impressively how much hard work and practice paid off in the end.

At the grand finale show on Friday, June 27 in Hall 2 of the Messezentrum, the talents in 12 acts will be supported by the Kinder- & Jugendphilharmonie Salzburg. The concert is all about the "European Song Contest" - with rousing songs by Udo Jürgens, Conchita Wurst, ABBA and other stars from ESC history. Next year, initiator Elisabeth Fuchs ' passion project will take place again and enter its fourth round. ZEIG DEIN TALENT is financed and made possible exclusively by donations - including the generous donation from the Good Council for Redistribution (Marlene Engelhorn). Elisabeth Fuchs is deeply grateful for this: "Our mission is very clear: children to music! Music gives them a voice, promotes creativity, community and self-confidence. We give children a stage, be part of it!"
