The Philharmonie Salzburg, an international symphonic orchestra, with its chief conductor Elisabeth Fuchs, conveys access to symphonic music through innovative, diverse and educational concert formats, inspires young and old listeners with newly conceived concert experiences and the joy of making music, and encourages young talents to become part of this idea themselves.
The non-profit organizations Philharmonie Salzburg and Kinderfestspiele (total volume € 3.5 million p.a.) inspire more than 80,000 listeners* per year in over 150 concerts and advertise the position of a FEMALE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (40 hours per week).

Music connects!
We are an extremely dedicated team and are looking for an employee to support us in the back office in the areas of finance including budgeting, subsidy management, personnel administration, strategic planning, facility management and occasionally in CRM & ticketing for our almost 150 concerts per year.

Prerequisites:
- Enjoyment of music & cultural mediation. Knowledge of "classical music" as well as general knowledge of the orchestra is welcome
- Enjoy office work in an up-and-coming cultural company in a small team with a high workload
- Teamwork, problem-solving skills and team communication are very important to us
- Profound knowledge and application experience in the following areas: Excel, Word, general CRM tools, WordPress (homepage)
- Accuracy in writing and proofreading texts
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Matura/Abitur and completed studies at a university of applied sciences or university. A degree in business or cultural management is an advantage.
- Driving license B with driving experience

Activities:
- Deputy management activities in the areas of budget, subsidy applications & accounting, database/CRM, invoicing, accounting preparation, concert billing, various negotiations and other commercial matters
- Facility management: coordination of repairs/tradesmen, ordering cleaning services, room rental, general maintenance/servicing, coordination of catering area
- Personnel administration (time sheets, vacations, company parties, confirmations, registration, deregistration, filing, etc.)
- Acquisition in the area of foundations
- Assistance in the homepage area as well as writing & proofreading texts and newsletters, if possible assistance with simple graphic work
- Ticket phone on a case-by-case basis
- Free work in areas that we are not yet familiar with
Payment:
