As has been reported in many media outlets, the renowned Salzburg pianist, singer and composer Sabina Hank has run into financial difficulties. In order to help her musician friend in these difficult times, Elisabeth Fuchs and the Philharmonie Salzburg have spontaneously decided to organize a fundraising concert entitled "SABINA HANK SYMPHONIC" in the Great University Hall on Sunday, 16 November 2025. The net proceeds will go directly to the artist.
The Philharmonie Salzburg, conducted by Elisabeth Fuchs, provided an exhilarating concert experience in the Lehrbauhof, which was sold out twice, with both touching and impressive sounds from screen giants such as James Bond and Forrest Gump. A special highlight was the performance of the Schindler's List Suite, sensitively interpreted by solo violinist Jelica Injac.
The Philharmonie Salzburg under the direction of Elisabeth Fuchs celebrated a musical festival of joie de vivre together with the Latino dance world champion couple Martina Varadi and Andrea Silvestri, exceptional guitarist Manuel Randi, star pianist Fabio Martino and audience favorite Moisés Irajá dos Santos last night at the Großes Festspielhaus Salzburg. The program included music and dance highlights such as Mambo No. 5, De todo un poco, Sway, Oye como va, Conga del Fuego as well as works by Arturo Márquez, Francisco Mignone and Manuel Randi.
An unusually young and lively audience filled the impressive concert hall of the Grosses Festspielhaus on Thursday morning: with the support of the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce, Elisabeth Fuchs and the Salzburg Philharmonic Orchestra organized a rousing classical music concert for teenagers at the beginning of 2025.
