Salzburg Winds Ensemble of the Salzburg Philharmonic

Salzburg Winds is an international woodwind quintet with top-class musicians from Japan, Poland and Austria. The five musicians have been making music together in various formations for almost 10 years and decided in 2018 to found the Salzburg Winds Ensemble. Since then, she has been invited to concerts in Innsbruck, Bad St. Leonhard, Radstadt and the Bad Hofgastein Chamber Music Festival.

With a varied repertoire - from the Viennese classical and romantic periods to music from the 20th century to Latin American sounds - the quintet delights its audience.
The members play as freelancers in renowned orchestras such as the Philharmonie Salzburg, the Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg, the Tonkünstler Orchester Niederösterreich, the Tyrolean Symphony Orchestra Innsbruck, the London Symphony Orchestra and the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.
